MacAllister Technician School (MTS) in Indianapolis offers an 11-month program to train MacAllister Technicians. It includes over 900 hours of instruction through online classes, in-person sessions, and hands-on shop work. Students will work full-time at their home branch while training at the Indianapolis headquarters and other branches statewide. The curriculum covers systems like electrical, hydraulics, engines, powertrain, and fuel systems, plus welding, failure analysis, computer use, and safety. It also focuses on teamwork, communication, and business skills. Assessments ensure students gain expertise, guided by accredited faculty with extensive industry experience. The program begins in mid-July. Candidates may be hired at any of our service branch locations in Indiana or Michigan.
